Registration Information

The registration will close on May 25, or anytime before once the maximum number of participants has been reached. The number of participants will be limited by the Hotel capacity, for this reason we encourage early registration.

To register for NEEDS 2012 please pay the registration fee by May 25 2012.

You can pay the registration fee by credit card using PayPal.

Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel your participation to NEEDS 2012 you can apply for a refund. You will receive back the registration fee minus bank transfer charges. Cancellation after the 31st of March is possible only in special circumstances, please contact us in that case.
