Note the following
- These rates apply only to the full stay in the school and/or workshop.
- Hotel reservation can only be granted for participants who have registered and paid the registration fee.
- Upon arrival, participants will be requested to leave their passport together with a valid credit card.
- Participants will be asked to pay their accomodation directly to the hotel.
Participants willing to present a communication to the workshop may indicate so, together with its title, in the form below. Note the following:
- Following the NEEDS tradition there will be no plenary talks.
Communications can be presented as a contributed talk (25 min. + 5 min.
discussion) or else as a poster. Posters will be displayed in the
conference room during the whole workshop.
- In order to complete your registration please send us the abstract of your proposed communication to

- You are kindly requested to send a TeX file prepared according to the template needs-template.tex
- The deadline for abstract submission is April 30th.
- After May 15th you will be informed if your contribution has been accepted and whether it is a short talk or a poster.
- Note that there might not be enough time for every participant to give a talk, so contributors may be asked to present a poster instead.
- Talk and poster presentations will be treated on an equal footing
with regards to submission of papers for the special issue of JNMP
